Memories......

Can you imagine leaving your home after 43 years?

This week we went to a fare-well party for some friends in our village who are moving after 43 happy years.  In this case a beautiful manor house dating back to the 1500's.

I wonder what you would miss about your home if you had to move......

......No, it's not a new day of celebration.

I'm just late in writing a New Year's blog!

So that's one of my resolutions broken already - Never mind- life goes on!!

I like this time of the year. Whether or not you make resolutions, I love the optimism of a brand new year full of good intentions and aspirations.

......I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year, and look forward to reading many more blogs and making many more friends.
