Apparently they are all going to be hot this year!
Have a great week,
Lizx
Gorgeous colours. I'll echo Phyllis, those wonderful images evoke feelings of getting all snug for winter.
ReplyDeleteI love eggplant/wine/purple...In our previous home the living room had sapphire, gold and eggplant, I never tired of it and it was such a lovely space to be in at night especially, which is why I chose the colour scheme. Have a great day Liz!
ReplyDeleteI love the Mulled Wine colour...quite fancy a dress in this colour...thank you for popping by today..I hope you've stopped hyperventilating ;-)

Beautiful! We 'inherited' a deep red coloured drawing room when we moved to Hill House. It goes against all of my decorating instincts, as I love chalky, sage greens and off whites, but I've dragged my feet in getting rid of it, because at this time of year, with the fire about to be lit, it just seems so apt and comforting to have these jewell like colours to sink into!

Love the aubergine and purple, particularly with the rugged looking walls.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day. Caroline xx
Ive heard that, too! They are all lovely colors. A few years ago I got rid of my eggplant velvet drapes in my MBR, in favor of neutrals. Glad I didn't throw them out!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.

that color -reminds me of one of my college profs. who had a thick ny accent and she would tell of stories of trends...she would call that color "aubergine"- it is pretty.
